Public Announcement
We have discovered that certain individuals and organizations are misusing/cloning our Phillip Capital Management Sdn Bhd (PCM), Phillip Mutual Berhad (PMB), and Phillip Wealth Planners Sdn Bhd (PWP) names and logos to carry out an illegal investment scheme.
This scam can be carried out using an unwanted email, an internet message, a pre-recorded phone message, or by using a website or social media account that claims to be linked with PhillipCapital Group.
With the rise of social media, criminals are increasingly adopting online impersonation (building phony profiles with stolen personal data) to deceive unsuspecting victims. Scammers try to make these profiles appear genuine and trustworthy, putting people and even large businesses at risk of financial loss and reputational damage.

PhillipCapital Group does not approach individuals using automated or pre-recorded phone calls, or through generic email addresses or social media platforms such as Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, Twitter, or Telegram. All communications will always come from a company phone number or professional e-mail address, never from free web-based sites or email accounts.
